Who looks after your information

Silk & Will is a brand of Auravia Ltd, the controller of the personal information submitted to this site. Company number HE487392; VAT number CY60329972V.

When you join the first-look list

If registration is open and you choose to join, we collect your email address, selected collection interest, the signup source, and a record of your consent including its wording version and the signup and consent times.

We use this information to send the Silk & Will collection news and pre-order updates you requested, and to keep a record of your choice. The legal basis for those messages is your consent. Joining is optional and free. It does not create an account, place an order, reserve stock or take a payment.

We do not automatically send an email when you submit the form. The on-screen message confirms the result of that request.

Security and site operation

To limit repeated submissions, the application processes your IP address into a salted security key for a short submission cooldown. The application does not store the raw IP address in the signup database. These security records are cleaned up as submissions are processed and can remain longer when the service is inactive.

Our hosting providers may process technical access logs, including IP addresses, request times, browser information and security events, to operate and protect the site. Our basis for necessary security processing is our legitimate interest in preventing abuse and keeping the service available.

We have not added advertising trackers, visitor analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts and campaign images are served with the site. We do not use your signup for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects.

Service providers

The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Signup information is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. These providers process information needed to supply hosting, storage and security, and hosting access logs are subject to their applicable terms and retention practices.

Their services can involve processing outside the European Economic Area. The applicable provider agreements and data-transfer safeguards govern those transfers; contact us if you would like information about the arrangements applying to your data. We do not sell the first-look list or share it with influencers for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Our retention schedule for this first-look list is up to 180 days from signup, unless you withdraw consent sooner or an applicable legal requirement justifies keeping a limited record. Retention reviews and deletion are handled by the studio; this is not an automated deletion service.

If the project changes in a way that requires a different purpose or permission, we will explain that before using your information for that new purpose.

Changing your mind

You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@auravia.ltd with “Silk & Will unsubscribe” in the subject. Please write from the address you used to join, where possible. We handle requests manually. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it was withdrawn.

You can also ask to access or correct your information, request erasure or restriction, object to relevant processing, or request a portable copy where those rights apply. We may need to verify that a request concerns your own information.

You may complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection or another competent supervisory authority. The European Commission provides information about your data-protection rights.

If you contact the studio

We use the contact details and information in your message to respond to your enquiry. Please send only what is needed; no payment details or identity documents are required for a first-collection enquiry. Enquiries are handled through our company email service, separate from the first-look form.
